We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Services Manager for France, Germany, Hungary and Slovenia, to join our People team based in Sophia-Antipolis, France. Purpose of role You will provide a multi-country, professional HR advisory service to the region to support the business in achieving its operational and long-term objectives and lead the People agenda while influencing key partners You'll have the opportunity to craft and implement transformation & change partnering with Centres of Excellence and People Business Partners What will you be accountable for?You will own the relationship with site specific leadership and local employees across multiple countries and act as an advisor & coach on a range of employee issuesBe responsible for works council and Health and Safety committee documentation and processes for France and relevant employee consultative groups in other countries in the regionLead on the creation and implementation of the France & Hungary People Plans which support the regional strategic priorities including:Support the local planning & delivery of Talent Development strategies (in country initiatives)Leading the employee engagement agenda, providing advice on how to enhance this across regionLeading the Diversity and Inclusion agendaManaging and growing the local Shared Service team ensuring core capabilities, driving best practice & alignment to SLA’sResponsible for defining & executing local policy & practices in liaison with the Global People Services TeamBrings the wider group People strategy to life for their team and othersPlays a lead role in the making global programmes work at a local levelAccountable for ensuring SAP HR is fully validatedResponsible for efficient local HR operations including local law changes, Business Continuity Planning & AuditLeads local Labor Relations including full case managementOwns strategy & execution of local pay & benefits framework in partnership with RewardResponsible for management of the regional payroll function and employee benefits (including vendor management) such as: insurance, retirement and wellness activitiesPartners with colleagues across the People team including; M&A, Global Mobility, Internal Communications, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Reward.
