We are currently looking for an experienced People Services Manager for France, Germany, Hungary and Slovenia, based in Sophia-Antipolis, France.Purpose of role:Provides a multi-country professional HR advisory service to the region to support the business in achieving its operational and long-term objectivesRuns a multi-country professional HR Shared Service in the region ensuring deliverables are met in line with best practice and agreed SLAsLeads the People agenda and influencing key stakeholders across the regionShapes and implements transformation & change in region in partnership with Centres of Excellence and People Business PartnersKey Accountabilities:Owns relationship with site specific leadership and local employees across multiple countriesActs as an advisory & coach to local management on range of employee issuesResponsible for works council and Heatlh and Safety committee documentation and processes for France and relevant employee consultative groups in other countries in the regionLeads on the creation and implementation of the France & Hungary People Plans supporting the regional strategic priorities.  This includes (but isn’t limited to):-          Supporting the local planning & execution of Learning & Development strategies (in country initiatives)-          Leading the local employee engagement agenda, providing advice on how to enhance this across region-          Leading the local Diversity and Inclusion agenda across the region to seek to attract, develop and retain a diverse group of talented peopleBrings the wider group People strategy to life for their team and othersPlays lead role in the Efficiency and Effectiveness Programme on global & local levelManages and develops local Shared Service team ensuring core capabilities, driving best practice & adherence to SLAsResponsible for defining & executing local policy & practices in liaison with the Global TeamAccountable for ensuring SAP HR is fully validatedResponsible for efficient local HR operations including local law changes, Business Continuity Planning & AuditLeads local Employee Relations including full case managementOwns strategy & execution of local pay & benefits framework in partnership with RewardOversees regional payroll functionResponsible for management of Employee benefits like insurance, retirement and wellness activitiesPartners with Talent Acquisition to offer local recruitment support – interviewing senior talent where requiredSupports reward proposals & approvals for exceptions in partnership with People Business PartnersLeads regional M&A activity including due diligence, deal close support and integration in partnership with the M&A teamLiaises with Global mobility team for requirements as necessaryPartners with & enable local internal communications, as needed supported by global communications teamOwns local HR Vendor Management & relationshipsActive member of the global People Services team, partnering directly with People Business Partners and the Centres of Excellence to ensure that laws, policies and regional business requirements are understood and considered in a global context
