Channel Sales Administrator.
Role Overview:
The Channel Sales Administrator is a key part of the EMEA and APAC Channel team, her/his role is to interact and support customers and Channel Account Managers internationally.

Key responsibilities include dealing with enquiries, concerns and requests about products, services and tools.

To find appropriate and timely information, he/she will liaise with different departments within Fortinet (Operations, Finance, Technical, IT…) located in the US Silicon Valley headquarters, the Sophia Antipolis EMEA headquarters, and other regional offices.

This person will also support the various sales and marketing activities of the Channel Team using internal tools including Excel and Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
- Pro-actively provide suggestions to make improvements to process and procedures.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Deal directly with customers and Fortinet stakeholders
- Set up and maintain customer accounts in our CRM (Salesforce) ensuring correct access levels
- Support the internal team with data processing and ensuring accuracy
- Communicate and collaborate with external agency to verify the accuracy of data provided by our Distributors|
- Verify and coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales data is correctly imported into systems.
- Work with Channel Marketing Team to assist in calculating ROI of Channel marketing campaigns

Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel
- Data collection / analysis knowledge
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- At least basic knowledge of Marketing best practice
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptability
- Initiative
- Autonomous
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
- Good level of English and French – additional languages would be a plus
