Join our success!  We look forward to receiving your application!   What will I be doing?This role will provide the Project Intern with the opportunity to support Sophia project managers,  this work will involve:• Working across the various CPU projects disciplines (governance, process, people, tools, data & reporting) and internal stakeholders to understand the current state of project delivery through quantitative and qualitative analysis; • Validate findings with key customer groups; • Develop project delivery insight, challenges, knowledge and investigate areas for improvement; • Collate all findings into a report and present back to the CPU project managers and Management Steering Team.This work will provide the successful applicant with a deep insight into project delivery at arm globally and allow them to engage with many stakeholders around the organization.  They will be developing material that will be directly used by CPU group. Primary responsibilities of the position include:·         Ramp-up on current CPU operation group methods/tools, ·         Set up CPU group project/portfolio metrics, upgrade existing Infrastructure, ·         Develop new innovative methods and techniques, ·         Test Process and workflow, propose process improvement, ·         Document control, data analysis, ·         Direct and manage project /portfolio developments ·         Track project milestones and deliverables ·         Conduct project presentations and reports to outline and highlight key findings and developments of projects
